The Challenge

We are looking for someone to be completely P&L responsible for our Growth Hacking Traineeship proposition. This means that you are end-to-end responsible to find and convert the fastest-growing startups & scale-ups to join our program. Founders and management of the coolest start-ups in the Netherlands will be your to-go-to people to share our story with and to show them how we can help them develop and grow. You have full freedom to create new ways to attract business, to manage current relationships and use the latest online sales tools to support your sales strategy. You will have a direct influence on further growth and product development within The Talent Institute by attracting new clients, establishing new partnerships, identifying business opportunities, growing sales from existing accounts and finding and acting on new opportunities.

+ End-to-end responsibility for the full sales process of our Traineeship programs.
+ Responsible for product development for the Traineeship proposition and other propositions yet to come.

+ Building strong and long-lasting relationships, to guarantee ongoing partnerships.

+ Brainstorming with our CEO Roderik about New Business Opportunities

+ Identifying new opportunities for growth, not only on the sales side but also in our programs.

+ Setting up a strategic plan to achieve the targets in line with our rapid growth.

    + Salary between €4000,-  €5000 per month, depending on your experience.
